June - July 2006
21st July Black-throated diver flying north-east over shoulder of Ben Hiant.
17th July Few recordings due to farmwork. Lesser spotted woodpecker on table prompted this posting. Highlights of past month include bottlenose dolphins ¼ mile off coast and common dolphins regularly in the sound.
9th June Canada geese, about a dozen, flying low over the sea to the east, past MacLean’s nose.
5th June Pine marten on road near Salen.
